Service before sales£º
1. Make specialized suggestion to satisfy both sides in practical requirement and budget of expense if customers require.
2. Complete the quotation within 3 working days and samplings within 10 working days.
3. If necessary, supply CAD drawings to customers for confirmation.

Service in sales£º

1. Do the load plan for customers once receive the orders
2. Report the production schedule for customers per Monday.
3. Timely solve the problem and questions for customers.
4. Help arrange the shipment.

Service after sales£º

1. Inform the shipping information once the goods delivered.
2. Forward the original documents in time.
3. The service centre after sale is a simple and convenient and direct communicative channel between SUNON and customer,deal with the customer to all related demands after buying the furniture,guarantee in five years in specific responsibility,patrol and examine irregularly to the doorstep,offer guidance of furniture disassembly and assembly service.
